Reconstruction – renovation of an existing block of flats

Year of reconstruction: 2004

Reconstruction and renovation of an existing block of flats to create a multi-storey shop selling books, stationery items, office equipment, PCs and games. The building was covered externally in ‘etalbond’ in the three basic colours. The interior spaces were divided using plasterboard Every floor was carefully designed to accommodate an independent display of products, resulting in a perfectly functional space.
