Project Description
Milies, Pelion – holiday home complex
Informative brochure
This holiday home complex is composed of 7 buildings, each one different in design. Every building is an independent stone house designed in keeping with the style of Pelion and influenced by the colours of the local village of Milies. The complex is situated in the village, 350m above sea level, a short distance from the centre of the village, with access to the central road leading to the village square. This ensures easy access by road.
Milies, one of the most famous villages on Pelion in terms of its history, tradition and natural beauty, is only 25km away from Volos, the capital city of Magnesia prefecture. The village is only 7km from the nearest beaches on the side of the Pagasitikos Gulf, such as Kala Nera, Koropi, Gatzea and Afissos, and 10km from beaches on the Aegean side of the mountain.
The holiday homes are maisonettes between 80 and 160m2 in size, each with a basement the same size as its ground floor.
On the ground floor there are communal rooms such as the living room, dining room, kitchen and W.C., while on the first floor there are 2 or 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Each house has its own parking space and courtyard.
