Year of construction: 2005

Built in the style of Pelion architecture and completely adapted to the local environment. The conversion of the ground floor plan was designed to afford all rooms an attractive view, and the final result of both the interior and exterior of the building was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The walls are covered in stone. In contrast with the white walls, the windows are dark brown and match the stonework. There is a tiled roof. A distinctive feature is the fine staircase constructed by a local craftsman.
